The R.R Post office staff are very professional & courteous. They always serve me swell! I take my Hat of to all the worker in the post office!
My package was supposed to be delivered today. There was mail in my mail box, but when I looked up the tracking number, it said they were unable to deliver it because there was no access for delivery. I was home with the door open when they say they ATTEMPTED to deliver.This happens all the time. Our short block doesn't have an assigned mail delivery person. Somebody new every day and they don't know what a mail box looks like.
I feel these workers are lazy. Everytime we have mail going out they just pass by it and the dont care. We have personally talk to the workers delivering the mail and all they do is just get and attitude with you. The workers are unprofessional and lazy
Great staff and location Really chill staff here. The ladies are always polite and courteous. I go for packages mainly and to check the po box
This place needs to be under investigation by the USPS. Often they skip my block all together. Today I had tracking for a package that specifically said my package had made it to their post office and was out for delivery today. I haven't seen a postal worker on my block all day, they never even made it down my street.
